Hari Krishan Choudhari spent his childhood in both Boston, Massachusetts and Bengaluru, India, and is currently pursuing an MA in Conflict, Security, and Development at King’s College London. His research focuses on improving civic-government dialogue mechanisms in post-conflict contexts, and he is currently analysing the impacts of falling development funding on civil society promotion programmes. He previously studied deliberative democracy in Northern Ireland through a Master’s in Conflict Transformation & Social Justice at Queen’s University Belfast, prior to which he graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s in international politics (honors) at Georgetown University. Hari has completed internships in the U.S. government (Congress, State Department) and think tanks/NGOs in both Northern Ireland (Co-operation Ireland, Centre for Cross-Border Cooperation) and Washington, D.C. (Meridian International Centre, American-German Institute).
